Coderush provides an addin with refactor pro to the visual studio 2003/2005 editors which speed up development and Telerik provides a robust component toolkit for asp.net and winforms. I evaluated the infragistics offerings and componentone offerings as well and telerik imho is the best.
Have you seen www.ironspeed.com? if you are after fast .net environment, it doesnt come any better than this.
